Build from source
You need rustup; the pinned toolchain installs itself on first use. nucleus builds for Linux, macOS and Windows.
$ git clone https://github.com/davidsarosi92/nucleus.git
$ cd nucleus
$ cargo build --release
# binaries: target/release/nucleus and target/release/ncsql
$ ./target/release/nucleus sql ./mydb
